For many people, doing a workout program that demands being on your feet the whole time isn’t something that is always possible due to arthritic knees or other joint related issues; however, movement is necessary.

Movements must be precise in order to keep the client safe from her issues.

Proper alignment is key

These are things that involve knowing where your placement is. With a teacher to watch you and correct you, you can make those changes in your body and get the results you want.

Here is what the class entails:

  • Client will be sedentary throughout
  • Clients will use small pieces of equipment to enhance and add variety to their workouts
  • Clients will incorporate aerobics to their workout
  • Clients will progress at their own rate
  • Light studio work lying down on the reformer to take the pressure off their joints may be incorporated
  • Teacher will travel to clients location (extra fee), or we can Zoom
